The Egg Carton

Here is an idea for your toddler that is so simple to make. Plus it is free! You can't beat that!

Just take an empty egg carton and punch holes in the bottom of each section. Make the holes the appropriate size for your child to be able to put clothespins in the holes. I found that Luke (13 months) needed to have large holes for now. Later on we can make a new one with smaller holes when he needs more of a challenge!

Thanks to A Penny at a Time for sharing this fun idea! It really worked for us!

Great idea and it would probably keep them busy for hours!

Aren't these toys far more interesting than those which take away the phantasy?

What a fun challenge for little ones! I've used close pins in other games for my toddler, so I bet she'll take right to this one...Thanks!
